Just wanted to confirm.

Copies of the documents such as COPR, Passport, Drivers License, Health Card, PR card does these things need to be certified by some authority or just a copy is enough?

Photo copy is the requirement

Photocopy's enough. You might be asked to bring the original when you do your test/interview.

I just had the test less than a month ago. You need copies to send in your application and during the test they will match any documents you copied with the originals. Good luck.
