Hey,

I am relatively new to this forum and just submitted my FSW1 application materials to Syndey. In hopes of getting a favorable assessment, I'm trying to get ready for the next step.

I have some specific questions related to a few of the documents requested.

Required documents about which I have questions:

a. Forms
They ask for:
Application for Permanent Residence in Canada
Schedule 1 Background Declaration
Schedule 3 Economic Classes
Additional Family Information
Use of Representative, if applicable

QUESTION: Are these new ones, signed with a new date? Or are these copies of my old ones?
If they are new - Doesn't that change the 10 year look-back period? Or is that based on the first filing?

If they are copies - Do these have to be notarized? I have copies of what I sent but they are not notarized. I also have unsigned copies of them, which I could sign and get notarized copies of BUT what date would I use - the original date or the date I re-sign them?

b. Identity and civil documents
Birth certificate
Is an official copy by the state department of health okay or does this need to be notarized too?

d. Travel documents and passports
Passport bio-data page
QUESTION: Does this have to be notarized?

f. Education/Training/Qualifications
Do I need copies of all my Diploma(s) in addition to the official transcripts? If I need diplomas, do I need all of them (I would have 4) or just my highest degree (PhD)?

The rest of the documentation required checklist for the US was pretty clear and I don't have questions at this point.

Thanks in advance - please include links to instructions or documents if you can.
