I am 2nd officer with chief mate licence started my PR process on 20th Nov 2017.I have started to submit documents.I have BSc Nautical science(Adv.diploma prog) and work experience of 26 months in officer ranking and 20 months of cadetship.I have been asked by the agency to submit experience letter and reference letter.Kindly help me with a format that would help me with my application process.Please advice WES formality for IGNOU certificates.If any possible way to join closed groups in watsapp or facebook for our community kindly add me there as well.
