Hi everyone!! Your advice has been instrumental in my journey so far, and I'm truly grateful. As I'm preparing to submit my spousal outland sponsorship application, I'm once again turning to your expertise. My Spouse is currently living with her In-laws, unemployed, and using my Indian bank account for her financial needs via an ATM card. I also occasionally fulfill her requests through Amazon online. I'm now seeking your advice on what I should attach as “documentary evidence of financial support between you and your sponsor.” If anyone has been in a similar situation, please provide your valuable input. TIA

Why not your spouse had her own bank account, so that she can use the bank statement to provide evidence that you transfer funds to support her while she's in Canada?

Hi ..I think my statement got some confusion. Here I am in canda as PR and my spouse is in India. Spouse is having her account but I transfer the amount only once from last 6 months.

When my spouse and I were living in separate countries, we used PayPal as a third party to move money between our bank accounts. It wasn't just one-way, though, sometimes I would send money to my husband and sometimes he would send money to me. But the PayPal system lets you mention what the money is being sent to the other person for, and that helped to establish what we were paying for, for each other to prove we have been sharing finances/living expenses while separated. So when it came time to show the proof of our shared finances, we had about 1-2 years worth of PayPal statements to show what living expenses were being covered and by who :)
