Hi all,

I applied for Student permit restoration + pgwp last month. The receipt of restoration fee was submitted separately via web form moments after I submitted the application. 20 days after that I received a generic email saying they are not responding to non priority inquiries but the documents I sent will be attached to my application soon.
It has been a month since I received that email and I still don’t see that document on my profile. I tried to call IRCC but the line is always busy. Is it normal that the additional document doesn’t show up? Please share your experience if you had similar experience. I’d really appreciate it.
