Document submission for final application - Plz help

Hi,

I have got the letter from CIC to submit docs within four months (Islamabad , Pakistan Office). I am preparing those now.
Can forum members plz explanin the:

process of obtaining the police certificate for submmission.
I have got the new checklist which says only copies of docs (except police certificates or IELTS) are required. Did u submit university sealed notarized copies of degrees or the normal ones.
Did u claim points for relatives in Canada? If yes, what evidence did you provide as proof of relatinoship ?
Lastly, I have to show around $16600 for 3 people, I had $12000 in an old acount with more than one year history, but the rest are in another new salary account dating back to 2-3 months only.....if I show the bank statements and the salary slips, Is that fine?

In previous cases (FSW or other, older immigration cases), what have been the waiting times for Medicals and when are normally Passports returned after Submission ??

Its updated one, the previous one was the one which re-direct to cic.gc.ca, but this one specifically says that if u have been notified by CIU, the document check list is in the pdf.

you need to send police certificate from every terrirtory in which you have lived more than six months. you need to contact the security branch of the district police officer in which you have lived.
you need to submit original PCC and IELTS but photocopies of your degrees or result cards and be sure to have them notarized.there is nothing wrong in your bank statement just attach with application in original.
it takes about six month to process ur application and then to issue medical instructions here. I think

Hi Atif,

the link u posted is there, I agree, but its the one which was posted even before CIU process was initiated. The pdf one I have posted earlier was updated only a few months back and is from Canadian Embassy, Pakistan. I think its a good idea to email them and clarify.

Used in India and Pakistan for huge sums of Money.

Lakhs = Ten's of Thousands
Crores = Million's

I will send them an e-mail to clarify this fact.However,they usually take couple of weeks to reply.Also, I think we should try finding someon who has recently submitted full application to CHC Islamabad because he is in a better position to clear this mystery.

Would you quit posting this, it is for UPDATED applications, not initial applications, which the OP is inquiring about. You are just confusing people, if they don't submit exactly what is requested, it will result in a refusal.

when u receive approval from CIU it means initial application as u stated but what does UPDATED means

its not for updated application,

its the link that I have posted for applicants from Pakistan who have to submit final application after initial approval from CIU... The pdf links states the document checklist placed on Canadian High Commission website in Pakistan. Here is the link and text extract from website for easy reference

r sab i dont think it is very relevent, most requirments here meant for visitors, student, please refer to local office instruction , islamabad

How did u manage to get the original educational degrees in university sealed envelopes again ? In my case, the university said that duplicate degree cannot be provided unless I provide them with police report that original one has been lost !!!!
My university does not re-issue the original transcripts either !!!

The major difference in the checklists is the requirement of original educational docs and size of photographs...
