On behalf of my sister and her husband, they got an email this morning to check their account, its says "review of eligibility" "Your eligibility has been reviewed. Please see the final decision below."
There is as a document status section that is new when they logged on that shows the UCI #, document which says "counter foil" not sure what that means, status says "your document is valid" with an expiration date. They also got an email from VFS Global that the decision envelop was being sent to Canada Visa office in Kingston, Jamaica from IRCC office.
Any idea what any of this means lol
