Hi all. I had some questions regarding scanning documents for the PR application. Hoping someone can assist me :)

1) So for me it says "Passports/Travel Documents (Multiple)". What does it mean by "Multiple" here ? I only have one passport :/

2) When scanning the passport, I only need to provide a scan of the bio data page, right ? What about that 3rd page where you normally have your signature or thumb impression shown ?

3) For education documents, do you provide scans of your degrees and/or transcripts ? If degree, what do you do if your degree page is too big to fit on a scanner bed ? Both my Bachelors and Masters degrees are almost poster size (huge!) :/

4) If I have to provide education documents for multiple degrees (i.e. Bachelors and Masters), should I combine all scans in the same PDF and then upload that ?

5) Same question as above but for when you have to upload multiple PCCs.

Thanks! :)

Most people have only 1 valid passport. This is a generic message. Just upload your valid passport.

2) When scanning the passport, I only need to provide a scan of the bio data page, right ? What about that 3rd page where you normally have your signature or thumb impression shown ?

No harm in adding that page as well.

3) For education documents, do you provide scans of your degrees and/or transcripts ? If degree, what do you do if your degree page is too big to fit on a scanner bed ? Both my Bachelors and Masters degrees are almost poster size (huge!) :/

Take a picture from your smartphone, use CamScanner. You don't need to scan and upload transcript(s) for foreign education credential(s), just the degree(s) and ECA report.

4) If I have to provide education documents for multiple degrees (i.e. Bachelors and Masters), should I combine all scans in the same PDF and then upload that ?

Yes.

5) Same question as above but for when you have to upload multiple PCCs.

Same answer as above.

Thanks! :)

Thankyou once again Asivad, although the CamScanner idea would most probably result in a low quality picture. I hope I can find a commercial scanning service with a scanner big enough for my degrees :/

ECA report also needs to be scanned and attached ? They haven't asked for it explicitly ?

To be on the safe side, can I also scan and attach the transcripts too ?

ECAs arent asked but are advisable to upload. If I am not wrong then somebody's case got rejected for not uploading ECA.

Transcripts are really not required for foreign education. U may upload if u wish to but that might increase the size.
