My wife applied for her PGWP few weeks back and it's under process. And she is working in NOC A full-time permanent job. Now I want to apply for extension of my SOWP. But there is one option to upload a document which is a proof of spouse status , but I am not sure what document I am supposed to upload as her PGWP is under process.
Can anyone please help me , which document I can upload a proof of spouse status. Any help would be appreciated
