Document requested - Express Entry - CEC Inland

Hello Guys,

My application is in process and CIC updated my application with a Request letter. Please see following:

Travel History: Proof of travel history. Please provide an updated and complete Travel History form (IMM5562). This must be received at this office by: 2017/06/24
 Marriage Certificate / Licence: Please provide a marriage certificate. This must be received at this office by: 2017/06/24
 Family Member Proof of Status: Please provide proof of your spouse's Canadian Citizenship (citizenship or immigration status document e.g. passport or Permanent Resident Card – please copy both sides). This must be received at this office by: 2017/06/24

I can provide the document stating my travel history, but have no clue about the other 2 documents.
Marriage Certificate / License? I am not married, I am single guy.
Family member proof of status? Again, I am a single guy. My sister's PR application is in process but she is not PR yet.

I am not sure why CIC is asking me for all this information. I clearly stated that my martial status is SINGLE.

Clearly, my Visa Officer is high on something,

Does anyone have any advise on this? please guide.

Anyone? Please advise what should i do in this scenario. Should i attach a letter of explanation explaining my situation?
