Document Replacement provided issue- Online Application

I have applied on-line for the Study Permit on 19th May. After I got a mail next day to submit my educational documents and scores, I uploaded and submitted my transcripts. However after a week, I realised that I did not upload my toefl scores, so I replaced the already uploaded document with the new document. However when I still log in, I find that it is written "Replacement provided" on the status of the document.

Does it mean that the document has still not been accepted by CIC? I am just wondering if this is the reason why it is taking too long for my application to get processed? Can somebody help me with this issue?

That ur new document does it contain all ur results & toefl or only toefl?

It contains the transcript and the toefl scores combined in one pdf file.

If u remember before submission it will say 'uploaded but not submitted to cic' after submission it will change to submited to cic. Do u have such information transition.

Yes, I remember now that when I uploaded the status was 'uploaded but not submitted to cic'. So if the status now is "Replacement provided', does it mean that the file has been accepted by CIC and my application is waiting to be processed by the visa application office in my country ?

Its almost going to be 2 months now, since I applied, that is why I am getting a bit worried.

I received the following reply from Delhi immigration office today.

"Please be advised that an e-mail requesting your educational diplomas/ degrees was sent to you on 20May2014. We are still awaiting these documents. Please upload the documents as soon as possible. "

The document status on CIC's website says "Replacement provided" but I got a mail from Delhi embassy saying that they have not received my document. I emailed them back but they take a month to respond.

What should I do now? Should I email CIC ? Please help, I am really tensed now.

I have a very similar problem as yours, maybe my answer might help. I applied for a study permit in Japan and CIC manila is handling my application. CIC at some point requested me to submit additional documents but as the date of submitting them expired and I couldn't accumulate them in time, the portal couldn't upload the documents. I asked them if I could email them instead to which they wrote back saying " it was ok for me to email them the documents". Unfortunately, after emailing them, I am still waiting for an acknowledgement as its been over 10 days now. CIC Manila takes atleast 10 days to reply back.

New Delhi immigration office takes 30 days to reply. I cant wait that longer.
I have emailed them the document, but I have a little hope of quick email response from them. Should I apply again ? What would you suggest ?

What do you mean by apply again? I don't think you can apply again with an already active application in process. I don't quite see how you can contact them otherwise. Maybe you can call the CIC Delhi hotline and request the attendant to put you through to a concerned person as your case is very complicated. Although I doubt they'd do that either. I once called the Manila embassy and requested them to connect me to the authorised person and they told me email my problem instead.

Your case sounds so ridiculous. Can u go to that ur cic update section to re-upload the document. Pls give it a trial again.

FAX all documents to CHC, quote your name, PP#, address.
