I am planning to apply for canadian visitor visa and i am on H1b in US. In the document checklist page for visitor visa , they said to submit original I797, original I94 and original passport. Does it mean, i need to mail everything original to Buffalo? Or i can submit photocopy for all those?

I applied for canada PR through AINP 2 years back, but when they reviewed my file, my profession was not there. So did not get PR. In the visitor visa application form, theres a place where i have to write "whether you applied for canada PR?. and explin why it got rejected. Do you think, it might affect my visitor visa application?

I am planning to go there for tourism purpose. I have no relatives or friend over there. So what should i write in that part? Do i have to have " letter of invitation" for tourism purpose?

Thanks for helping me out.

1. They need the passport to put the visa in, they aren't coming to your home to do it.
2. Read the Buffalo website it does say originals. http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/buffalo/imm/visa_temp.aspx?lang=eng#REQUIREMENTSUS
3. You don't have a letter of invitation just state what your intentions are.
