Regarding profiling personal details, I completed all fields of Document ID, click the " check for completness" and it shows " this form is complete". But the status of personal details is in process. Message in red collor is shown and said " please complete all field of Document ID... I put all information and completed all fields... As long as the status change to Complete, I can not submit my profile.. Anyone have any idea????
