Document help!

My friend has a refugee status document which expires October this year. She had it for almost 5 years. (Since 2012). Does any one know how she can renew this document? Do you know what form on cic website that She needs to use to renew?

hi these kind of documents can be never renew , it has certain date. it's wired because usually these document has only 2 years

Ok thanks. Well verify with cic on Monday. Otherwise if it expires she might have no status in canada then
