Question is I did not have co-signer in my application. Do I leave blank on the co-signer section or write N/A. Only issue with such a small space to write, it look kinda messy.

For those clause that are irrelevant, should I leave blank or write N/A?

Lastly, when arranging the documents in 3 section (sponsor, applicant and proof of relationship) where should the document checklist and Appendix A be in?

Hey Babymistycat,
Write N/A on the checklist where the forms don't apply to your case. It is a small space, but as long as you have that written there the agents won't have a hassle looking for "missing documents".

My husband and I arranged them -> Sponsor's checklist, sponsor documents, applicant's checklist, applicant's documents.

I wish you a fast and smooth process! :D

IMM 5491 - Sponsor checklist
Appendix A - Applicant checklist
You got'em right!
Maybe these tips could also help you out:
1. If you have any document in another language, get it translated by a certified translator, then certify the translated document on a notary.
2. For the proof of our relationship, we made a word document and answered the evidence questions of "SPONSORED SPOUSE/PARTNER QUESTIONNAIRE".
3. Get your medicals exams done a week before you file in the application.

;D :D

May i ask why do you need to do the medical exam 1 week before submitting the PR application?

It doesn't have to be exactly one week. It's better to do them just before you send in the application, so that you get the most time possible on your COPR to land. If you get them done early, then you "lose" that time.
