Hi Everyone,

I lost my status as worker as of Feb24 after my lmia-exempt work permit got refused. I'm trying to restore status and apply for lmia-exempt work permit again. For some reason, in GCKey the document checklist ( document checklist is hyperlinked to a screenshot ) doesn't apply to my situation. I don't need imm5802 and Schedule 1 under optional documents and I can't figure out how to remove it. When I applied for initial lmia-exempt work permit, I didn't have imm5802 and schedule 1 show up. I would appreciate any help.

For background, I have non-EE PR under process at this moment and my employer provided offer of employment #A number and have to restore asap.
