Document Checklist for all single applicants post ITA prior to eAPR

Hi guys,

Like many of you, I have been an active member of this forum for more than a year now and have been closely waiting for this moment when I get an ITA and I can apply all the knowledge I have received from respected and senior forum members here so that I don't have to hire a consultant as I simply cannot afford to.

Hence, my only option is to rely on all you guys and forum members. Not relatives, not friends, but kind and caring strangers like you all who could show the way to new applications. In the light of this, I would liek to say that before i submit my application online, i want you to review it so that the chances of me making a mistake are minimum. Please post your views, and let this thread be a discussion thread relating to all the document checklist that you need to submit after your ITA. depending to your circumstances, few of these things will vary. I will talk about whats relevant to me.

First, a small background about me. 28 year old, single application from India - CRS 472, NOC 0124, 6.5 yr work ex. For showing pof I will be taking a gift from my mother.

Following are the documents I am going to attach. Please mention if I miss out on anything.

1) My Passport bio page details + any stamped pages
2) PCC
3) Medical
4) Bank letters (To show pof, Avg balance for last 6 months, + last 6 months statement + opening date of account + current balance) - Bank has declined to mention any loans / credit card debts in its letter. However, it has agreed to give me the latest stamped bill of my credit card for the month along with my current amount due. So I guess I will have to explain this in LOE.
5) Reference letter + pay stubs + appointment letter + salary deposit proof.
6) WES report
7) Affidavit for fund transfer between mom and me
8 ) Affidavit stating that my name kai her hans and hans kai ker and kai hans are all same people. This is because in my Bachelors ECA and masters ECA there is a small name difference. (The middle name is missing) whereas my reference letter also has the same kind of issue.
9) IELTS certificate
10) Birth certificate (Just incase, I understand its not needed for FSW single applicants)
11) Education degree certificates + transcript
12) Mom's bank statement and my bank statement confirming transfer of funds
13) Net worth certificates by CA
14) LOE (Explaining everything including transfer of funds, affidavits as well as any other extra information I might feel like adding at the time)
15) Gift deed between me and my mother.
16) Digital photo

For now, This is the list I have come up with. Please, advice what all details am I missing. How to make my application error proof and rejection free?

A generic document checklist, with all possible documentation requirements, is available to candidates on the IRCC website, so that they can prepare themselves should they be invited to apply. A personalized document checklist is produced for each applicant when they submit their e-APR through their MyCIC account. The personalized checklist identifies the specific supporting documents required from each family member included on the application. I believe that you have referred this one.

Hi Stanlee. I have already checked everything mentioned in that link. But i am looking to get review from more people here who have been there, done that! Please guys put in your thoughts into this.

The details in that link are too generic in nature. I am listing here more detailed checklist that contains almost every single document required with specifics. So would appreciate if related discussion happens.

Is there any substitute letter to submit for Canada PR Visa instead of Reference Letter because My employer will not allow me to try for Canada instead if he will come to know that I am trying for Canada then definately he will dismiss me from job.

I am pragnesh Bhatt from India Currently working in Bahrian. Can you please advise me whether it is mandatory requirement for Canada PR Visa to submit Reference letter because since from 6 months I am working here and I got job here in Bahrain with somebody’s reference. And if he will come to know that Now again I am trying For job in Canada then He will feel bad infact the Manager will dismiss me from job which I don’t want to happen again in my life.


Because may be for some other reason if I am not selected for ITA in Canada then I may be jobless. Because My current employer might have dismiss me from job or else he will put more pressure on me if I would be still working there.


I hope you understand. If My explanation is not proper then kindly reply me for the same.
