IELTS, LOA, Affidavit of support if your father is supporting you for your studies, are you accompanying family because birth certificate is only required if you are. Why don't you check this post by sharjeel91 he has list all the documents see if you are missing something.

Get a family B form from Nadra office as well. I have to get it too. And then there is this property evaluation letter, one thing thats troubling me a bit, need to get it too

Take your property leased documents to a estate agent he will evaluate them for you and will give you an evaluation certificate.

Its better to add a Affidavit of support (sponsor) and property papers papers (if you have one)

can i give affidavit of support from my brother? My father is not earning at this moment... i will be showing my own account and an affidavit from my brother..... since i cant show my fathers account...

Also, just to make your profile more presentable, you can attach following optional documents:

Character Certificate of the same bank of which you attached 'Bank Statement' to show your funds.
It is kind of generic letter on bank's letterhead stating that bank holder name this is maintaining his/her account from this date, account is in good condition bla bla bla...

Family Registration Certificate (FRC) from NADRA (NADRA - If you are from Pakistan).
It takes 10 mins just to get your FRC from NADRA's executive centers.
It states all your family tree along with their relationships, pictures, address, etc. It will further clear your home ties.

can i give affidavit of support from my brother? My father is not earning at this moment... i will be showing my own account and an affidavit from my brother..... since i cant show my fathers account...

To be honest, I didn't provide any property paper. I just showed funds in my account and an affidavit from my mom as my dad has passed away. That is all.

Yes you can provide affidavit from your brother. Just show funds in your own account and an affidavit of support from your brother.
If you attach property papers, it will be a plus.

How much fund did you showed ? My 2 year Concordia fees is around 25000$ . I will be paying 1 sem fees(6300) + 1 year living expenses i will show thru GIC certificate(10000$) before filing Visa . Plz let me know how much minimum fund should i show now to make sure my funding part is ok .

As per CIC website, it should be "Tuition plus $10,000 for a 12-month period (or $833 per month)"

To show property u have to attach some papers that show that ur father own this property like power of attorney. Moreover ask a reliable state agent to evaluate your property, he will give u a letter estimating the worth of your property; attach this letter with power of attorney.

• Ownership papers of the property to show that its on your father name.
• Property Evaluation Sheet/Certificate to show the details of property (i.e price according to current rates, etc...)

You can get this Property Evaluation Certificate from near by Kachehri (Lawyers area). It will be an official document on some kind of stamped paper. Usually lawyers have the format of this document. You just need to tell them the details and they will modify it accordingly.
