Doctors immigration Pre-requisites

What are the prerequisites for doctor's to get immigration?

no u dont need to pass exam to get PR

Ok thanks, but i need PNP too as my score is nearly 380, so what next to do? will any province nomibate me as i cant do job in any province till i am not registered there with regularity authority and authority gets register you after passing exams (their own prerequisites), is it like this or correect me if i am wrong please?

IF A DOCTOR IS IN EXPRESS ENTRY PROFILE, WILL ANY JOB FROM JOB BANK OR NOMINATION FROM PROVINCE HE WILL GET WITHOUT REGISTERATION WITH MEDICAL COUNCIL OF CANADA, WHILE IS DOCUMENTS HAVE ALREADY BEEN ASSESSED BY WES?
