docs submitted 6 mths back, still got no AOR or Medical

I sent my docs on 26th june but I didnt get any AOR or Medical uptill now. My ecase status is " IN PROCESS'' right from the begining and is still the same.
Since it has been about 6 months since I have sent the full docs, why am I not getting any response?
Any comments?

AOR should have arrived by now, why not drop a mail to the CHC. For medical which is the penultimate step, it takes some time, its a game of waiting.
