Hi,

I got Documents Request letter from New Delhi embassy asking for
1)some causal photos of my sponsor(in this case its my husband)
2)phone bills, emails or chat records
3)a detail explanation how my sponsors parents are my uncle and aunt.

Actual my in-laws where my relatives before marriage. Now my problem is, will this be the last letter from embassy asking for documents or will they again request for more documents other then what they asked now.

My time lines are
Got married on Nov 19th 2008.
Done medicals on Dec 3rd 2008
Got PCC on Dec 15th 2008
Applied in CIC-M on Dec 29th 2008
Sponsorship approved on Jan 8th 2009
Processing in New Delhi started on Jan 22nd 2009
Sent mail for futhur documents on Feb 4th 2009
Recived the letter for document request on Feb 10th 2009

I have to send the docs stilll...but from my above timelines do anyone think that the processing is going fast or its going as with the timelines mentioned in the site.

Thanks,
Kalyani

I mean after submitting the docs which they requested now....will there is any chance that they request any furthur documents again. As far as i know, once they complete the whole varification only then they ask for the missing docs. Is that true?

Regarding my documents request, they have asked for phone bills, emails and chat records..

but i am submitting only the phone bills as we(my husband and i) have exchange some private mails which couldnt be shown to any and we didnt chat much because most of the time we were on phone...will that proof be sufficient for them or is it so that even the mails and chat records should be sent to them.

Coming to the detail explanation of how my sponsor parents are my aunt and uncle, can i mention in that letter along with the relationship explanation that...i love my husband a lot and its being difficult for me to stay away from him..or will it sound stupidly to the officer.

Please Help

Unfortunately, there is no way for any of us to know if they will ask for more documents. If they are satisfied with the information that you provided them, then they won't need anything further. If they are not satisfied, then they may well ask for more documentation. They may also ask you to come to an interview.

Hopefully the phone bills are sufficient. Personally, I would include whatever emails and chats you have. If the emails are private, you can just block off information that you don't want them to read. Alternatively, you could provide a print out of your inbox showing the dates and subject lines of your emails to each other.

I think the fact that your husband's parents are your aunt and uncle may be an issue. Wouldn't that make your husband your cousin or am I misunderstanding? In your letter explaining this, I don't think you need to write that you miss your husband etc. It's not so much that they will think it's stupid but presumably you already explained this in your original application and it's just not relevant to what they are asking you. I would just stick to answering the question that they've asked.

Thank you ariell for the suggestions...

Regarding my relation to my husband's parents, they were my far relatives but more than that they were our family friends. So i have mentioned them as aunt and uncle. But my husband was not my cousin.

Hopefully everthing should go fine with my visa...
