Docs Multiple Entry Visa

HI

I have to help an old uncle in applying for a multiple entry visa, their daughter stays in ON and she has provided him the Invitation letter and her bank statements.

Now what additional documents are required for applying for visitor's visa from India?

Does he needs to get the medical checkup done? (He wont stay more than 2 months in Canada)

I'll ask him to submit his Marriage Certificate, Family Information [IMM 5645], Application for Temporary Resident Visa [IMM 5257] at the VFS.

Is there anything else that I am missing ??

P.S. He will apply for visitor visa not the super visa

Hi,

Do go through the Document Checklist + the Visa Office instructions for India for TRVs.

He must prove that he has strong ties to India: Employment/Business/Pension + property or land ownership/lease agreement + family ties + good financial situation + previous travel history.

Two months is too long. Keep the visit to 2-3 weeks.

Generally, medicals are not required for a TRV. If required, the visa office will let you know.

His daughter must provide copies of her passport + immigration status in Canada + NOA.

I suggest you go through this forum.... and then post specific questions as you are possibly missing a whole lot of documents
