DOB Wrong in Medical Exam

Hi All,

I received e-Medical Track sheet containing my UMI number required for application after visiting a medical center here in the US.

The staff messed up my DOB as well as my passport Date of issue and Date of expiry since they assumed Indian passport is MM/DD/YYYY instead of DD/MM/YYYY.

Can anyone please shed light into how this impacts my application and measures to correct it?

Sure, I will. BTW since I took the exam just last Monday, can this be corrected before it reaches IRCC?

This happened to my daughter's e-medical sheet when the doctor's staff wrote incorrect Date of Birth. I contacted them after noticing this and they corrected the Date of Birth manually on the sheet with doctor's initials and clinic stamps, and uploaded/emailed to IRCC with the correction along with her passport to show the correct DOB.
You can contact doctor's office and check if they can upload/email the sheet with correct dates ASAP.

I am having a hard time convincing the doctor. They insist that it is not their mistake and nothing can be done at their end. Can I know what are my other options? It pains that my ITA deadline is in 10 days and stuck with this.
