Does anyone know what to answer to the question "Do you want to submit an application for a family member?"

I am 25 years old and I want to apply for a tourist Visa for me and my sister, does CIC define sister as a family member in the context of this application.

No, they mean spouse and dependent children.

Are you sure, I thought that was for sponsorship and work permit applications. Shouldn't it be different in Tourist Visa application?

1. Yes, I am sure. IRCC considers spouse and children as family, all others as relatives.
