Do you have to choose a province right away?

Hi all,
That may be an odd question, but when filling in the questionnaire (or later in your application), the province that you choose is the province you will have to go to after getting the PR? Or it is possible to suddenly decide to go settle in another province after getting the PR?

No, you are free to move to any province after PR approval (except Quebec),. Good Luck!
