Hi Guys. I am working in Canada on a 6 month contract job - offer dates back to April 2015 and is non-permanent, full-time(40 hrs, NOC 2171) and less than a year without an LMIA. I am on PGWP and category was FSWP with Canadian Exp less than a year.
I entered all these details in my profile but i didn't get any points for this job. I also entered that I am currently working in Canada. I also entered the information in the work experience details.
I got ITA on Sept 18, Now if I enter the details same as in PF, there is an additional employment letter document getting generated. Apart from the employment letters that got generated in the work expr section. I had a talk with one of my friends and he said since you did not had a job offer i.e. parmanent and supported by LMIA you can say NO in the "Do You have a job offer in Canada" and enter the Canadian job details in work exp section.
Is it ok that way??
