Do you Guys know how to fill in CIPS Membership Number when applying ISP form?

Hi Guys,

I want to apply for SINP of PNP. I have downloaded the Education plus Experience Route doc.
There 's a CIPS Membership Number, I am very confused how to fill in this field.

The doc has the following description:
However, one can apply for the I.S.P. without holding CIPS Membership. If your application is successful, you will be required to obtain CIPS membership before you are allowed to use the designation.

Does that mean I could leave this CIPS Membership Number empty when I mail this form to CIPS? If so, how I can get the CIPS membership number specific to me? (by mail?)
