Do we send the same Application ?

Hi all,

1. I wanted to know if the same application forms with the original docs and police certificate is to be sent to Buffalo Visa office which was sent to Sydney ,Canada or we have to again fill the new form with the current date.

2. If the job title and the location has been changed but the employer is the same after the application accepted at Sydney, Canada,
then should I change the details in the application which is to be sent in 120 days to Buffalo Visa office or just attach the letter
about the new position.

send the adjusted info and send a letter of explanation to it. send another form but if there are changes, attach an explanation letter to it.

I have the copy of the forms submittted to Sydney,Canada, so should I send the same to buffalo visa office
and if so is it ok if the date on the forms are more than 4 months old?

Do i have to again fill new forms with the same details to be sent to visa office?

new form, adjust the dates (not an issue w/e date u use). sign it again. attach explanation letter on changes to the original form.

easy as that.

dont complicate it.
