Hi to everyone,
My husband is on student visa in Canada since 1 year and we recently got PR on FSW which we had applied 3 years back.
He need to do landing formalities & got info that being as principal applicant he has to do landing first so he has to go out of Canada and re-enter .
So he planned to go to the US, Canada border and do the landing by submitting his COPR.
Just need some confirmation does he require US visa to the border or he can just walk in at the border and finish his formalities.
Until he finishes we(dependents) cannot land in Canada .
Please if anyone have gone with the same phase or known some one with the same experience pour your suggestions.
