Do we need to write IELTS again at the time of PR Application like PNP,CEC,FSW?

I am a software developer and looking for PNP,so do i need to take IELTS again?Or only in the case of NOC "C" and "D" jobs?

Everyone must submit IELTS result if you apply FSW and CEC. You need to check pnp website.

yes i have checked most province's PNP and almost all province not require IELTS.but CIC site telling that we need to have IELTS for Applying through PNP.
Language testing

You need to take a language test if you apply as a provincial nominee:

for a semi- or low-skilled job (NOC C or D), or
under Express Entry for a:
Managerial job (NOC skill level 0),
Professional job (NOC skill type A), or
Technical job and skilled trade (NOC skill type B).
