Do we need to write IELTS again at the time of PR Application like PNP,CEC,FSW?

I am a software developer and looking for PNP,so do i need to take IELTS again?Or only in the case of NOC "C" and "D" jobs?

1. IELTS general is only valid for 2 years for Immigration purposes, so if your wrote IELTs general less than 2 years ago when you receive an ITA for Immigration, you aren't required to write it again.
