Do we need to submit Notice of assessment

Do we need to submit NOA while sending an application? or by providing SIN information, CIC will get tax return information directly from CRA?

there is a checklist and instruction guide, refer to that. nowhere it asks you to submit NOA.

Thank Amit, I was confused where it says you should have applied tax return for 3 years out of 5 years.
