Thanks! Out of topoc question, but as you used new forms, how did you put the dates for signatures? All forms has same dates and did you put future date as you had to send it to your sponsor for signing?

Write the date when you signed them. No back dates, no future dates.

Damn! I was thinking the same way. I just took print outs of all forms and put 28 Jan 2016 (future date) with assumption to send the forms by then to sponsor. Did I do thr right thing?

you can leave the date section blank.sponsor will sign it and put the date using black pen.dates doesn't matter as soon as itz signed and dated .doesn't matter computer filled date or handwritten.
