Do we need to send Notarized Copies to Buffalo,NY?

Hello All

Do we need to send Notarized Copies of all/some documents to Buffalo,NY?
I understand there are few documents which are accepted only in Original(PCC,Trascripts,Reference etc.)

Most of the people in varous forums say "its nice to notarize'.
Am Old School ,hence going by what Buffalo,NY instructions say--"ONLy NOtarize documents which are not in English".

Any pointers?

Hello - It is always good to have them notarized, you can have peace of mind. You can go to AAA office or any bank, where u can get it done for free of cost.

I didnt send any notarized copy to Buffalo.Although it is a good practice to send Notarized.Atleast Buffalo doesnt ask for Notarized.ND or London do ask.
I dindnt want to overburden VO with more information,
