Do we need to prepare a detailed items list while entering Canada using a work permit?

I know for PR holders, they need to fill BSF-186.
For work permit holders, do we need to do something similar?

In addition, I also have something which will arrive via Air Shipment. Do we need to prepare a list?
If needed, how detailed it should be? For the valuation, should it be the original price or the current price?
