Hi all,

I am the principal applicant and my husband studied in the US and then got his H1 rejected twice .

When he was a student in F1 visa, i applied for F2 dependent visa and got rejected twice.

Now do we have to mention the rejection for canadian immigration, we do not havce any proof other than the stamps of the date and the place from the US embassy. what do we do? please guide me?

Will this have any impact on the canadian visa?

Yes.

Just provide a letter of explanation about the details then, and scans of those stamps.

Depends on the original reasons of rejection, but declare it honestly for the best chance.

Certain reasons will lead to a rejection with a higher probability than the others. However, the best way to act is being HONEST.

Yes, declare the rejection

Almost certainly not, unless the rejections previously were because of criminal, security, or medical inadmissibility.
