Do the years I was in Canada count if I was forced to leave as a minor?

So my question is I lived in Canada while i was a kid for 3 years and left Canada as a minor because of my parents who forced me to leave. Now I cam back to Canada with a TD on the basis that I was a minor when I left. Now i was told that i had to be in Canada 4/5 years to receive the citizenship, however I also heard that since I lived for 3 years in Canada from before and I was taken out against my will if I got a lawyer I might make the 3 years I lived in Canada count as 1.5 years is that true? or is it something similar to this? Thank you

No - it's not true. The years you spent in Canada as a minor cannot be counted towards citizenship.

CIC will only look back at the previous six years before you apply for citizenship - and during these six years you must have spent four years in Canada to qualify to apply for citizenship.

Going to a lawyer won't change this.
