Do the "job offers" for all PNPs require LMIA

Can someone tell me whether any provincial nominee program asks for regular job offers, without LMIA?

Afaik any job offer is acceptable only with an LMIA

many provincial programs do their own audit and does not use LMIA. AINP has pre-approval system. SINP needs Job approval letter by the employer. BCPNP audits the company during application process. It's a lot easier than LMIA and its the only way out for those below 450 CRS points
