Do the ineligible occupations apply if I received my AOR?

Hi,

I applied for noc "cook" which I received 1.5 years experience last May. I received my AOR August. No signs of processing yet, just ecas shown recieved. Will the new rules apply to me? I'l be bummed out if so, such a waste of time spending on ielts and forms...

Correct. Applications submitted before Nov-9th are not affected by the new MI-10 rules.
