Do school record are needed for me and my kid

Hi,
I was reading somewhere in the thread that people got their citizenship application returned because they have not included their student record. Is that true?
Secondly for my 10 years old daughter do I need to get school record from school or just passport copies and health card would be sufficient for identification proof.

Yes school record is compulsory . The record should have your child’s photograph too

A student record would not be required for an adult applicant, unless you are using it as proof of language skills.
