do police clearance certificates should include phone numbers

My police clearance certificate from my home country doesnt include any contact number....will it result in delay in background check or not....in which format the police clearance certificates usually issued

Most of PCC does not have phone numbers, it will not effect the time taken. The format is - name- fathers name- DOB- PPno- address verification - good character- no police case- PCC applicable for - country and signed by SSP/Police Commissioner, date and file number, seal. and in case of PCC from RPO on the passport just file number - country- good character- date, most of the description is in rubber stamp

I think its a national concern not an indevedual regarding the PCC format, so no need to be worry on it better to submit as one gets frm the concerned country, VO are quite famalier with such issues.

Phone number may not be there in most of Indian issued PCC, VO will be aware of the fact as he comes across multiple PCC on daily basis
