DO Physical File requests include GCMS notes?

I have been Refused Visa (worker)for 3times.To know the exact reason of refusal,should I need to apply GCMS or Physical file?Does PHYSICAL FILE includes GCMS notes also?Need Suggestions...

Don't know any thing about physical file. But yes gcms notes should give you the reason and that is the standard thing people apply for when they need to look into precisely the reasons for refusal.
