Do not have Legal name change Document for Spouse

In my application, I have mentioned her name before marriage in the section where it asks "any previous names of the applicant". What is the best solution for this?

below are my details
- Got married in India with an Indian citizen
- She moved in the U.S with me later.
- Is it possible to get this document done in the U.S?
