Hi Guys,
I have tried to get the reference letter from my current employer however they declined my request so I decide I will provide them a written explanation which includes below details-
1. Reason I can not provide the ref letter
2. My designation in the company
3. My Job Responsibilities
4. Weekly Working hours
5. My annual salary/Benefits details
Now what else I should give them as evidence which proves that I work with this company.
1. Pay stubs (I have 2 years pay stubs, so how many pay stubs I should submit?)
2. Contact details for my HR and Manager
3. My Offer letter
4. All work permit (expired/valid) issued to me
5. Letter from my HR rep saying they don't provide reference for PR application
6. Recent T4
7. Letter of assessment
What else do you think I should submit?
My Hr wrote in her email that I am not allowed to change my residence status as per their policy however many ppl fm my company applied PR n got it. Should I still attach her email? Can it cause trouble to my PR application?
Is there anyone who got PR without an employer reference letter? Please share your experience.
Regards
KRN
