Do I Submit Old passport to IRCC in my application

Hello,

I have applied for Visitor in 2022 and it was refused. Now that I'm applying again I have a new passport with corrections to my name. Do I need to submit the old passport or provide explanation for it in my new application? . I already mentioned previous name in my main applicant form.

Provide explanation along with a copy of old passport.
