Do I qualify for PR??

Hi,
I'm in Toronto and I'm currently waiting for a new LMO approval from HRSDC..Its taking a while and I'm not entirely sure it will go through..I'm a l'il confused as to what I should do next..My main question is do I qualify for PR yet??

So far, I came to Toronto in 2008 as a post-grad marketing student and graduated in 2009..I worked at a retail firm after on my PGWP in their management trainee program..Unfortunately, I had the first LMO declined cos I was working in their Sales dept at the time..So I quit and got a job offer from a new company for which I'm still waiting for the LMO decision..

On the other hand, I've satisfied most of the parts on the points system so far except my main concern is the work experience part - In total I have had 4 months work exp in Business Research, 10 months (part-time) work exp in Retail Admin and 5 months work exp in Retail Sales.. Is that good enough to qualify??

One idea suggested to me was to send out my PR application and go back home and work and then updating my application periodically but I'm unsure if that will work...The other option I got was to just go back home, work and then apply outland after meeting the work requirements..

In any case, even I go back home, in what fields do I have work to qualify as a skilled worker?? Does it only have to be the 26 fields??

Sorry if its a l'il confusing, but I've been here for almost 2 and a half years and I don't want it to go to waste..Any suggestions??

My bad I forgot to add that the new company is also willing to give me Arranged Employment as well..

I know that helps a lot but with my unsure work exp and my bad luck, I aint sure how to go about it..

You do have one year of post-secondary studies in Canada, don't you?

Yea I do have 1 year of post graduate studies in Canada..

I also checked the CEC eligibility and I dont think its gonna work for me..Its funny cos on the first page they say I need to be studying for a year and then when I click further, it says only candidates with 2 years or more of studying in Canada can apply..I hate how confusing CIC can be with their rules..
