Please answer to my question. I have never been to Ukraine, but I have been in an online relationship with a Ukrainian national for 4 years and on 17 August 2022 we got married. I applied Ukraine visa, but It was rejected due to war and political reasons. Furthermore, I appealed my rejection to Ukraine, but they again refused it because of WAR.
So, Do I qualify for CUAET Canada program?
Which country is the easiest one to be with my spouse?

We got married in person, We have our evidence of our relationship Chat history, Call History, and when she came to Pakistan, we took lots of pictures from our marriage to her departure. Her expressions in pictures show that she is completely happy with me. We submitted all of our evidences. Her family is also agreed with our relationship. When she was departing me, she cried even.

When did she get approved for CUAET? Expressions on pictures or crying means nothing. That can easily be falsified. Concrete proof, timelines, etc. is what matters to IRCC. What is the age difference? Religious differences? Why had you not visited in person before? Where is your wife currently located? Are you financially supporting her or she supporting you?

She is 15 years older than me, The reason she didn't stay in Pakistan because we planned to settle down in Ukraine, but I was not granted visa due to ongoing WAR in Ukraine, and we were losing our savings, so that we can try other ways or a different country.

If you got married the first time you saw each other in person, that can weakend your case and cause IRCC to have concerns if the relationship is genuine.

IRCC wants to see proof of an ongoing relationship and looks for relationship that usually meets cultural norms. You mention draining your finances if she remained in Pakistan. Are you employed? Was she supporting you? Marrying a woman 15 years older is very unusual in Pakistan. Are you of the same religion? Do you have the same education level? If you only got married after she received CUAET there would also be concerns that you only got married because she received CUAET. Was there a reason you got married recently and only applied to go to Ukraine in 2022 after speaking online for 4 years? What prevented a visit before you got married during the 4 years? These are the types of concerns that need to be addressed.
