Do I Qualify for CEC or any category? Please advise me.

I finished my school in April 2017.

Major: Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources (PGDM)- 2 Years

Work Permit: July 2017 - July 2020

My last job title: " Material Handler"- NOC 7452 - C Level- (Wage $ 22.50 an hour ) (May 2016- March 2018) : ABC Company (Transportation & Logistics company)

Present Job Title: "Administrative Assistant"- NOC 1241- B Level- (Wage $ 18 an hour ) (April 2018 - Till Date ) : (Working for the same company)

IELTS taken on 29 July 2017 (R-5.5, W-5.5, S-6.5, L-7.5) Over All: 6.5

Please guide me, under which category I am eligible for PR?

CEC once you complete a year of full-time work experience under NOC B.

Edit: your IETLS scores are quite low, you should consider re-taking the test later on.

Any score less than 6.0 will make you ineligible. Retake your ielts test. You have to wait till April 2019 to apply through the CEC stream.

That's incorrect. CLB 5 is the minimum required for those applicants who have a job skilled type NOC B.

My friend had 5.5 in writing. Took her test march 3rd. Created a profile with 5.5 score and it told her she wasn't eligible. We tried with 6.0 and it went through. She just sat for another ielts test.

I don't know her stream, her NOC or her situation. What you said that any score less than 6.0 would make OP's profile ineligible is incorrect.
