Do I qualify for 2 or more degrees?

Hi all,

I just received my ECA from WES and the summary says "Two bachelor's degrees (four years)." This may be a dumb question, but do I qualify for the 128 points for "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years"? Someone had said I don't, but I'd just like to make sure.

PS: I'd just like to say that I am extremely impressed with WES. Their service was exceedingly fast! My status changed to "Evaluation in progress" this morning and I just received my completed evaluation a few minutes ago. I don't know if they have a rush service, but I just paid for the regular service. I'm just saying this because I've seen a lot of negative comments about WES, but just know that the experience varies from person to person. I would not think twice before recommending WES for anyone needing an ECA.
