Do i need WES canada for 3years technical polytechnic diploma in mechanical engineering?

I did 3 years diploma in mechanical engineering after 10th. So I want to know about the wes process. Moreover I have more than 3 years job experience in same field so will i get extra points for PR? kindly reply if anyone know.

I am an international student right now. I am in canada. So that's why I posted in international students.

But is this about EE? If you are counting points for your foreign education, you need ECA.

FYI, you can use the examinations route to become a Professional Engineer.
